Tony Perez is a leader in military innovation, co-founding defense innovation programs including AFWERX, the Defense Ventures Fellowship, and Phoenix Spark. He helped shape the Air Force strategy that awarded $1.85B to over 1,800 tech companies, which unlocked an additional $11.7B in public and private funding. Tony has a bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering Management from the United States Air Force Academy and a master's degree in Systems Engineering from Johns Hopkins University. He is a former Air Force pilot with 3,000+ flight hours.

Stephano Kim is an entrepreneur and technology executive who has founded and advised businesses in e-commerce, data infrastructure, media, consumer marketplaces, and healthcare. Stephano has advised both private equity and venture capital funds as well as early stage companies from inception to growth. Stephano received his bachelor’s degree in business management from Cornell University and received an MBA, with honors, from Columbia Business School.

Trevor Perry is a biotech leader with over 20 years of experience in pharmaceuticals and biotechnology. A U.S. Army veteran with a background in combat medicine, he transitioned to a successful career in pharmaceuticals, contributing to over 10 drug launches. He has held leadership roles at Forest, Watson, Allergan, and ReproCELL and founded GoodCell, securing $45M in funding. Trevor holds degrees in Chemistry and Biochemistry from Western Connecticut State University.
